Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned ARGO ADS Developer with strong experience in Teller Retail Banking platforms and Argo Data Resource Corporation (ADRC) software. The role requires hands-on expertise in ARGO Traditional Client development, system design, and application stability within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using ARGO ADS (Automated Data Services) for Teller platforms
- Work with ARGO Version 6 development objects including Enablers, WOGS (Windows Object Generation System), AOGS (Application Object Generation System), Host Communications, Electronic Journal (EJ), Totals
- Design, develop, test, and support scalable and stable banking applications
- Perform code development, debugging, and maintenance in large enterprise environments
- Collaborate with teams to ensure application resiliency, security, and performance optimization
- Participate in Agile methodologies, implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices
- Support production stability and operational excellence
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Argo Data Resource Corporation (ADRC) / ARGO ADS platform
- Minimum 3+ years of development experience in ARGO Traditional Client (Teller platform)
- Proficiency in software development, testing, and system design
- Experience with modern programming languages and database querying
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in Agile, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security best practices
- Experience with Windows Server environments
Preferred Skills:
- Programming: C, Core Java, C# 5.0, Windows PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of Alogent Branch Deposit Engine
- Exposure to Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Mobile technologies
