AJO Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking an AJO Developer.

Responsibilities:
* Develop audience segments, email content, customer journeys, and campaign assets using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
* Review and validate journey briefs, requirements, and technical design documentation
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution designs and technical specifications
* Support end-to-end delivery, including development, system testing, user acceptance testing, production deployment, activation, and post-deployment validation
* Develop and maintain audience segmentation within Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schemas, data transformations, and audience definitions
* Build journeys and campaigns within Adobe Journey Optimizer using data sources, events, conditions, actions, personalization, and reporting capabilities
* Develop email content using HTML, CSS, templates, fragments, personalization features, and Handlebars.js
* Follow established development processes, governance standards, and platform best practices
* Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize campaign assets for performance, scalability, and maintainability
* Collaborate effectively within Agile, cross-functional delivery teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or both
* Experience developing audience segments, campaigns, journeys, and personalized email communications
* Knowledge of XDM schemas, data transformations, events, actions, and audience activation
* Experience using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js for email or digital content development
* Experience supporting testing, deployment, activation, and production-validation activities
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders
* Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
* Ability to work standard U.S. Eastern business hours

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
