Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Project Lead to oversee and manage our delivery management processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ECMAScript and Enterprise Content Management (ECM), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of delivery management projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
Utilize ECMAScript to develop and implement solutions that enhance content management processes.
Oversee the integration of Enterprise Content Management systems, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Mandatory Skills:
Strong proficiency in ECMAScript, with a deep understanding of its application in web development and content management.
Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Content Management systems and best practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Experience with cloud-based ECM solutions.
Knowledge of additional programming languages and frameworks.
Understanding of data governance and compliance standards related to content management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in project management or ECM are a plus.
Demonstrated success in leading delivery management projects in a fast-paced environment.
