Detailed Job Description:

• Design, build, and scale cloud-native applications supporting Operational Excellence (OE) initiatives (Design Automation, Design Validation, Permit Automation) and AI Solutions (Obi – new joiner on boarding concierge; NOVA – AI-powered workflow orchestration).

• Develop modern web applications, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

• Design and build cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform.

• Implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Support CI/CD, DevOps, and application security best practices.

• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into business workflows.

• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards.
8+ years of full-stack software development experience.

• Next.js, TypeScript, Python.

• PostgreSQL, Drizzle and/or SQL Alchemy ORM.

• REST APIs and microservices.

• SQL / NoSQL databases.

• Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform cloud services (one of four roles requires full-stack + AI on Google Cloud Platform; the other three require full-stack + Azure AI ecosystem).

• Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

• AI experience – using AI in SDLC, implementing RAG, evaluating LLMs, etc.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Must Have Skills:

·         Cloud – Azure/Google Cloud Platform

·         AI/GenAI & LLM

·         Backend & Database Development

·         Next.js, TypeScript, and Python
