Position Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Technical Specialist to join our Enterprise AI team. The ideal
candidate will possess deep expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), indexing,
connectors, plugins, Agentic workflows, Agentic actions, and cloud platforms. This role will
be responsible for configuring, building, troubleshooting, resolving, and implementing
advanced Enterprise AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon QuickSight, IBM
Orchestrate, Moveworks, Glean, and other leading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, integrate, and optimize Enterprise AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot Studio,
Amazon QuickSight, IBM Orchestrate, Moveworks, and Glean.
Design and implement RAG pipelines, indexing strategies, connectors, and plugins to
enhance AI-driven workflows.
Develop and maintain Agentic workflows and actions, ensuring seamless automation and
orchestration across enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and support technical issues related to AI tools and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient AI
solutions tailored to enterprise requirements.
Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in Gen AI, cloud computing, and
enterprise automation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience with RAG, indexing, connectors, plugins, and Agentic workflows/actions.
Hands-on expertise in configuring and deploying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio,
Amazon QuickSight, IBM Orchestrate, Moveworks, and Glean.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) and enterprise
integration.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in customizing and extending AI solutions with plugins and connectors.
Familiarity with enterprise data management, security, and compliance best practices.
Ability to work independently and drive projects from conception to completion.
Certifications in relevant cloud platforms or AI technologies are a plus.
