* 1-3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or site planning
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with ArcGIS, Rhino, Lumion, or similar 3D rendering tools
* Strong graphic representation, data visualization, and technical drafting skills, with an understanding of how to translate design intent into clear construction documentation
* Basic understanding of hardscape materials, planting design, stormwater management, and sustainable/green infrastructure principles
* Familiarity with landscape-related codes, standards, and permitting processes, with an interest in learning regulatory frameworks that shape site design
* Understanding of ecological and environmentally responsive design approaches, including low-impact development (LID) and nature-based solutions
* Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced project environments
* A proactive attitude - eager to learn, ask questions, and contribute ideas to improve design and process
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with an openness to feedback and guidance
