Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technology Architect / Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java, J2EE, and enterprise full stack application development, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services domain.
The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently without hand-holding. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong ownership and technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java / J2EE applications
  • Work as a hands-on full stack developer and technical architect
  • Develop scalable backend services and APIs
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in banking domain projects
  • Lead architecture discussions and technical solution design
  • Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
  • Work independently on assigned modules and deliverables
  • Troubleshoot production and application issues
  • Support application modernization initiatives
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
