Hybrid Details: Hybrid via Houston, Texas (working from home the majority of the time but with some on site/in person requirements at campus, Tuesday to Thursday, 2 weeks per month from April to July and then Tuesday to Thursday one week per month from August. We are flexible on the in-person requirements for specific days or occasions when the individual may have a conflict (so could attend remotely if needed), but did want to be clear up front that this is not a fully remote position.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Report Developer to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation. This role will focus on developing and validating OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP) reports across Core HR, Time & Labor, Scheduling, and Payroll.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional HCM knowledge combined with hands-on technical reporting expertise, particularly in healthcare or other complex, shift-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop OTBI transactional reports and BI Publisher (BIP) formatted reports
- Build reports across:
- Core HR
- Oracle Time & Labor
- Workforce Scheduling
- Payroll
- Develop payroll registers, timecard summaries, overtime reports, shift premium reporting, compliance reporting, and workforce analytics
- Support SIT/UAT testing and post-go-live stabilization
- Translate business requirements into reporting solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
Functional Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Time & Labor, Scheduling, Payroll)
- Understanding of payroll processing and time calculation rules
- Experience in healthcare or shift-based workforce environments preferred
- Knowledge of overtime, shift differentials, and compliance reporting
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with:
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- BI Publisher (BIP), including data models and bursting
- Strong SQL skills
- Understanding of Fusion HCM subject areas and data structures
- Experience supporting reporting during full lifecycle implementations
