Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Analytics & Reporting Analyst

Position Overview:

The Senior Oracle HCM Analytics & Reporting Analyst is responsible for conducting moderate to complex functional and technical analysis within the HCM domain. This role includes monitoring system resources, evaluating HR and payroll processes, and presenting historical data trends and KPI dashboards to ensure optimal departmental effectiveness. The analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM reporting, analytics, and data integrations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis of HR and Payroll systems to improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor reporting environments and evaluate business processes to ensure data integrity and performance.

  • Develop and present historical trend analysis, KPIs, and executive dashboards.

  • Design, build, and maintain HCM analytics reports and dashboard metrics.

  • Support enterprise reporting initiatives across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence modules.

  • Collaborate with HR leadership and IT teams to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.

  • Maintain documentation for reports, data models, and integrations.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data governance standards.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of HCM Analytics, KPIs, and Dashboard Metrics

  • Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)

  • Knowledge of Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)

  • In-depth understanding of HR and Payroll business processes

  • Experience developing and supporting reporting solutions in Oracle HCM environments

  • Strong analytical and data presentation skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Benefits)

  • Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader)

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture

  • Healthcare or large enterprise environment experience preferred
