Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Data Analyst - Order-to-Cash and Master Data in Clifton, VA.
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation, with a primary focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) functional master data.
This role will be responsible for analyzing and profiling source data, identifying data-quality issues, defining validation rules, and supporting data cleansing and migration readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with SAP Order-to-Cash and Sales & Distribution (SD) data, along with advanced SQL skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable data-quality and remediation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Profile Customer/Business Partner, Material, Pricing, Material Determination, Customer-Material Information Records, and related OTC data for completeness, consistency, duplication, validity, and cross-object integrity
* Develop advanced SQL queries, exception logic, reconciliations, and repeatable data-profiling outputs to support cleansing and migration activities
* Translate business and functional requirements into data-quality rules, validation criteria, scorecards, and readiness thresholds
* Identify data gaps, duplicates, invalid combinations, overlapping validity periods, inconsistent records, and other migration risks
* Analyze dependencies across sales orders, contracts, deliveries, billing, returns, credit, tax, and settlement processes
* Partner with OTC, SAP SD, data migration, functional, and technical teams to drive resolution of data-quality issues
* Support source-to-target mapping, mock loads, validation cycles, defect triage, reconciliation, cutover preparation, and status reporting
* Develop clear documentation of data rules, findings, risks, assumptions, decisions, and remediation actions
* Escalate critical data issues with clearly defined business impact, recommended actions, ownership, and next steps
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or data migration supporting SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash environments
Strong hands-on experience with SAP functional master data, including:
* Customer/Business Partner
* Material and sales master data
* Material Determination
* Pricing condition records
* Customer-Material Information Records
* Partner functions and customer hierarchies
* Credit management and tax classification
* Strong understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) data structures and dependencies across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
* Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, exception logic, data-quality rules, and reconciliations
* Experience building data-quality scorecards, dashboards, profiling outputs, and exception reports
* Experience supporting data mapping, cleansing, mock loads, validation, reconciliation, defect management, and cutover activities
* Ability to translate business requirements into clear data rules and actionable technical requirements
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting a JDE-to-SAP S/4HANA transformation
* Experience analyzing JDE source data and mapping it to SAP S/4HANA target objects
* Experience working on large-scale, enterprise SAP transformation or data-migration programs
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
