W2 Contract, 3 Years
This is a Remote opportunity (Need to be available for meetings/emergencies)
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the COBRA application (Node.js/Express backend, ReactJS frontend)
Design, build, and test secure RESTful APIs supporting IAM integrations
Implement JWT-based authentication using PingFederate-issued tokens
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across IAM systems
Perform API orchestration to ensure secure and efficient data flows between systems
Collaborate with IAM teams (IGA, Access Management, PAM) and application owners
Ensure system performance, scalability, and adherence to security best practices
Develop and maintain technical documentation (API specs, architecture diagrams, runbooks)
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of features and fixes.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in API development and IAM integrations.
Strong experience in Node.js and Express.js development.
Experience with ReactJS (frontend integration).
Deep expertise in RESTful API design and development.
Hands-on experience with JWT-based authentication and OAuth flows.
Experience integrating IAM systems such as SailPoint ISC, PingFederate, Active Directory
Strong knowledge of API security (HTTPS, token-based authentication, access control)
Proficiency in Linux system administration and cross-platform environments.
Experience troubleshooting complex system integrations and data transformations
Ability to produce detailed technical documentation.
