Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) applications through daily report reviews, exception analysis, and data issue resolution. This role is responsible for maintaining data input mappings, documenting processes, updating procedures, and ensuring operational excellence across key risk management functions.

The position also serves as a liaison between business and technology teams by performing Product Owner activities, defining business requirements, coordinating solution delivery, and executing UAT and regression testing. Additionally, the role supports data sourcing, integration, analysis, reporting, and visualization initiatives, while ensuring compliance with data governance standards and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in technical writing, process documentation, and procedure maintenance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data/reporting tools.
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technology partners to identify issues, define requirements, and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong project coordination, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a virtual and cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing and improving systems, processes, and procedures to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ability to serve as a consultant to business and technology teams by driving process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Experience facilitating communication and managing information flow between business stakeholders and technology teams.
  • Knowledge of data governance, reporting, and business intelligence best practices.
  • Background in Financial Crimes Risk Management, compliance, or related risk domains.
