Our client, seeks an accomplished Senior Epic Cupid Application Analyst.

*** Duration: 6 months contract, with possible extension or conversion to FTE role
Compensation: Flexible based on candidate’s experience and expectations. Competitive pay will be considered for qualified candidates commensurate with experience.
Notes:
- Schedule: 40 hours per week; Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time (may be flexible depending upon candidate’s physical location).
- Remote role - West Coast candidates highly preferred. PST clients will require PST attention.
- Interview Process: Single round virtual interview.
Description:
- Analyzes, configures, develops, tests, implements, supports, and maintains Epic clinical applications and related solutions to meet complex operational and technical requirements.
- Partners with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate advanced clinical workflows into effective system solutions, while independently leading optimization efforts and serving as an escalation resource for complex or high risk issues.
Qualifications:
- Must be Epic Cupid certified; multiple Epic certifications are strongly preferred.
- Must have at least 5–6 years of experience.
- Must have hospital experience.
- Must have at least 5 years of strong Epic build/configuration experience.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and hit the ground running; no additional training or mentorship will be provided.
- This is a hands-on clinical applications role, not a Project Management role.
- Experience with Cardiology PACS upgrades and/or PACS systems is preferred.
- Advanced working knowledge of configuring, testing, supporting, and optimizing Epic and other third-party clinical applications in a complex operational environment.
- Deep understanding of clinical workflows and terminology, with the ability to independently apply that knowledge to analysis, troubleshooting, and solution design.
- Strong ability to independently analyze and resolve complex clinical application issues while assessing patient safety, regulatory, and downstream impacts.
- Ability to prioritize competing clinical and operational demands, make informed decisions with minimal oversight, and proactively identify risks and interdependencies.
- Must be able to lead meetings, facilitate clinical working sessions, and clearly present complex information to clinicians, operational partners, and IT teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including support for change management, workflow redesign, and issue resolution.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools for documentation, analysis, and cross-functional communication.
- Strong record of professional success, accountability, and appropriate escalation of issues.
- Broad understanding of clinical operations, regulatory requirements, patient safety considerations, and system integrations.
