Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience with analyzing cross functional requirements.
- Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI based applications.
- Experience translating high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture.
- Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities.
- Understanding of Agentic AI Evals.
- Experience with healthcare applications and business processes is preferred.
- Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze cross functional requirements.
- Translate high level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture.
