Business Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a Business Analyst with onshore experience in analyzing cross-functional requirements and translating high-level business needs into detailed techno-functional requirements aligned with solution architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of call center IVR, Voice and Chat AI Agents, Generative AI, Agentic AI applications, and Agentic AI evaluation frameworks. Experience with Carelon SCS applications and business processes is preferred. Key Responsibilities Analyze and document cross-functional business and technical requirements. Translate high-level requirements into detailed techno-functional requirements based on solution architecture. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, engineering teams, and other cross-functional teams to define requirements and expected outcomes. Analyze call center IVR processes and agentic AI-based applications. Support requirements analysis for Voice and Chat AI Agent solutions. Evaluate business use cases and workflows involving Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities. Contribute to the definition and documentation of Agentic AI evaluation criteria and Evals. Identify process gaps, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement across business and technology workflows. Ensure requirements are clearly documented, traceable, and aligned with business objectives and solution architecture. Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities. Support solution design, testing, implementation, and validation activities throughout the delivery lifecycle. Required Qualifications Onshore Business Analyst experience. Strong experience analyzing cross-functional business and technical requirements. Experience translating high-level requirements into detailed techno-functional requirements based on solution architecture. Understanding of Call Center IVR and associated business processes. Understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities. Understanding of Agentic AI evaluation frameworks and Evals. Experience analyzing AI-based business applications and workflows. Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Carelon SCS applications and associated business processes. Understanding of Voice AI Agents and Chat AI Agents. Experience working with Agentic AI-based applications in enterprise environments. Experience with AI-driven customer service or call center solutions.
