Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with 13+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python development, cloud technologies, microservices architecture, REST APIs, databases, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles. The candidate will play a key role in architecture, technical leadership, mentoring, and delivering mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications using industry best practices.
• Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Architect cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Develop highly scalable distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Design database schemas and optimize SQL/NoSQL queries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers.
• Lead code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor development teams.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planning.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Strong expertise in Python 3.x.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, Flask.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server.
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery.
• Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy, and data processing.
• Experience with SQLAlchemy, ORM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience implementing authentication using OAuth2, JWT, SAML.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.

Preferred Skills

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
