Job Description

The client is seeking an experienced Interchange Pricing & Data Analysis Manager to support pricing and data analysis teams in managing anticipated changes to interchange rates over the next year.

The consultant will analyze complex and large-scale card/payment datasets and provide actionable insights to support the client s interchange pricing strategy, portfolio profitability, and payment economics.

Required Experience

* 10+ years of relevant experience in interchange, payments, pricing, or financial analytics.
* Experience with interchange optimization, pricing strategy, or network economics.
* Strong knowledge of Mastercard and Visa interchange programs and rate structures.
* Advanced data analytics skills, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with large and complex card/payment datasets.
* Strong experience evaluating portfolio profitability and payment economics.
* Experience supporting card migrations, product conversions, and portfolio strategy initiatives.
* Strong understanding of issuer and acquirer economics.
* Experience with regulatory and network compliance related to interchange and card products.
* Strong project/program management experience.
* Ability to translate data analysis into business and strategic recommendations.

* Pivot tables

Work Arrangement

* Fully remote within the United States.
* Consultant will access the client network through VPN.
* Client will provide a laptop.
* Occasional onsite visits may be considered if required.
* Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and be available to start ASAP.

Payments / Interchange + Pricing + Analytics + Excel + Strategy

The strongest candidates should have direct experience with Visa/Mastercard interchange, payment economics, pricing strategy, and analyzing large card datasets not simply general financial or data analytics experience.
