What Experience You'll NeedEducation:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
BI & Data Modeling:- 3-5 years of experience analyzing, designing, and developing robust data models to support complex business requirements.
Cloud Data Warehousing:- Hands-on experience with BigQuery and/or Amazon Redshift.
- Comfortable managing large datasets and optimizing queries for cloud environments.
Data Visualization:- Proficiency in Tableau, with the ability to build insightful dashboards and reports.
Holistic Troubleshooting:- Ability to troubleshoot reporting issues across the full stack-from the database to BI tools and downstream applications.
Automation:- Experience designing, developing, and deploying automated data-processing systems and custom solutions.
Data Extraction:- Background in developing ETL/ELT procedures and ensuring data integrity across diverse source systems.
Independent Operation:- Ability to operate with limited oversight and manage work plans for assignments of moderate complexity.
What Could Set You Apart- Experience with the Tableau REST API for automation or integrations.
- Ability to bring fresh perspectives to existing solutions and improve data delivery processes.
- Strong knowledge of database maintenance, including upgrades and patches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to navigate shifting priorities.
- Experience working in Agile environments (e.g., Scrum) using tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Must-Have Skills:- Advanced hands-on Tableau development
- Strong SQL and ETL experience
- Cloud experience (Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery or AWS/Redshift)
- Experience creating and validating reports against cloud databases
Nice-to-Have Skills:- API integration experience
- Python scripting for automation or Tableau support
- Automation of schedules, alerting, and monitoring
- Experience handling PII data appropriately
Experience Level:- Minimum 6-7 years (Tableau and Cloud certifications preferred)
Work Environment:- Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Locations: Atlanta or St. Louis
- Interview Process: 2 virtual rounds
