This individual will build and maintain a Peoplesoft infrastructure in Oracle cloud and manage a team for operational day to day work as well as major PeopleSoft upgrades.

We’re looking for a hands-on IT leader to oversee enterprise applications and drive the performance, reliability, and evolution of core ERP services.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and mentor a team supporting ERP and enterprise applications
Oversee system configurations, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing support
Lead IT projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery)
Apply ITSM best practices across Incident, Problem, and Change Management
Partner with business stakeholders to align systems with operational needs
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous service improvement
Manage priorities, resources, and team workload to meet organizational goals
Serve as a technical advisor, evaluating solutions based on value, cost, and risk

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree and experience leading technical or application teams
Strong background supporting ERP systems and enterprise environments
Experience with ITSM frameworks and operational best practices
Proven ability to manage projects and cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
