Role Description:
Container Vulnerability Management: Implement orchestration for scanning and remediation of container-based vulnerabilities to ensure timely and consistent mitigation.
Infrastructure Vulnerability Workflow: Define processes and workflows to manage vulnerabilities related to endpoints and IP addresses that are not currently mapped to specific assets within the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Reporting and Governance: Develop operational, management, and governance dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into vulnerability posture, remediation progress, and program effectiveness. **
5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrationsUnderstanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationshipsExtensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAPExperience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security RulesExperience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowershellExperience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automationKnowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processesSolid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniquesExperience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and AzureGood functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDBGood knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM frameworkAbility to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizationsFamiliarity with ServiceNow Performance AnalyticsExperience with backend SQL Server development is preferredStrong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skillsDesign, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needsProvide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.
