Responsibilities
* Provide production support for o9 Solutions applications and planning modules.
* Monitor scheduled jobs, workflows, solvers, interfaces, and data loads.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, system errors, and performance issues.
* Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
* Support planning configurations, workflows, procedures, reports, UI components, and action buttons.
* Optimize solver performance and application processing.
* Work with business and technical teams to analyze issues and refine support requirements.
* Manage incident tickets and ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
* Coordinate with o9 product support and other teams for critical issues.
* Prepare technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge-base articles.
* Support system releases, patches, enhancements, and post-deployment validation.
Required Experience
* 9+ years of experience in supply chain applications.
* 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting o9 Solutions in production.
* Experience with o9 planning configurations, workflows, procedures, reports, UI, action buttons, and solver tuning.
* Strong experience troubleshooting data, integration, performance, and production issues.
* Experience with incident management, root-cause analysis, and SLA-based support.
* Ability to handle critical production issues independently.
Preferred
* Experience supporting o9 implementations in a consulting environment.
* Knowledge of supply chain planning processes and integrations.
* o9 Solutions certification.
