Senior Business Analysts for Randstad Digital, LLC. Multiple openings. Headquarters: Woburn, MA. Develop, design and implement financial and market intelligence reporting, automation solutions, data warehouse solutions, data and dimensional modeling, jobs, queries, UI. Generate adhoc financial reports, load data sets into relational databases and models, use joins and subqueries for requirements, troubleshoot, and perform data profiling tasks. Leverage analytics for libraries, and review business intelligence information, values, outliers, filtering, merging, data normalization and patterns, distributions, statistical and market analysis, predictive models, model validation, hyperparameter tuning, business problems, metrics, buyer and vendor confirmations, bottlenecks, costs, risks, budgeting tools, financial performance forecasts and data, quarter close processes, KPIs. Create codes, database objects, statistical graphics, presentations, dashboards, visualizations, pivot tables, flowcharts, scripts, pipelines, test cases and data. Identify data patterns and trends. Use Power BI, Tableau, ETL, SDLC, MS Access DB, Snowflake, SQL, SSIS, SAS, SQL Server Agent, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Statsmodels, Scikit-learn, PowerPoint, VBA, PowerApps, Power Automate, Visio, Python, Macro, Power Query, DAX, JCL, PyCharm, ServiceNow, SharePoint. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have at least one (1) year of experience creating reporting, queries, dashboards, tables, test cases, test data; reviewing requirements, analytics, metrics; performing troubleshooting; using SDLC, SQL, SAS, Python. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $161,804 to $161,850 /yr.
