Job Summary

The Human Capital Records Administrator is responsible for supporting workforce operations by managing, tracking, and validating employee-related requests. This role involves maintaining accurate records in Excel and SharePoint, ensuring data integrity, and following structured processes to support reporting and audit readiness. The position is highly process-driven and requires strong attention to detail and consistency in handling repetitive tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming workforce-related requests through a shared inbox (approximately 5–15 requests per day).
  • Track and document requests using standardized Excel spreadsheets and trackers.
  • Update and maintain SharePoint lists and internal systems with accurate and timely data.
  • Review submissions for completeness, ensuring all required fields and supporting documentation are included.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up or escalate as needed.
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date records to support reporting and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex or unclear requests.
  • Follow established processes, checklists, and data governance standards.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, operations, HR support, or data entry roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with shared files, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • High reliability and consistent attendance.

 

Education

  • High school diploma with relevant administrative experience, or
  • Recent college graduate.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (transitioning to 4 days onsite and 1 day remote starting June 1, 2026).
  • No travel or overtime required.
  • Equipment will be provided.
