Job Title: Pega Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, and workflow automation, along with a solid understanding of software development and integration practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega-based BPM applications and workflows
• Build and configure Pega components such as case types, data models, UI sections, and business rules
• Develop and maintain activities, flows, decision tables, and integrations
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Customize and enhance existing Pega applications to meet business needs
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST/SOAP services
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues
• Participate in code reviews and enforce Pega development standards and best practices
• Support deployment and release management activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 to 12+ years of experience in Pega development
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (Pega Platform)
• Expertise in case management, workflows, and business rules
• Experience with Pega UI (sections, harness, portals)
• Knowledge of integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pega certifications such as CSA (Certified System Architect) or CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• Experience with Pega Customer Service, Pega Sales Automation, or other Pega frameworks
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
