Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks. You will contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables, review and analyze moderately complex challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities: - Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks.
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Scrum Master challenges requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications: - 4 years of Scrum or Agile experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Recent prior experience at Wells Fargo to have a mastery of the WF SDLC process, which this candidate will be owning for the product.

Pay Range: $60 - $65
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
