Job Overview: This role is part of the HR Technology team within the People team. The Administrator, HRIS Leave Systems will provide support for the administration of the leave of absence system, including programming for state municipal leave policies, attendance policies, and lost time data for all work groups. This position requires 100% onsite presence with no opportunity for conversion at this time. Interviews will be conducted onsite.
Responsibilities: - Administer and configure the leave of absence system, ensuring compliance with state and municipal leave policies.
- Develop and maintain workflows for attendance policies and lost time data.
- Utilize workflow automation tools such as Power Automate to streamline processes.
- Manage HR platform SaaS applications, including AbsenceSoft and leave/policy management systems.
- Handle integration and data tasks using SQL, API integration, and ETL tools like Alteryx.
Qualifications: - 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation using tools like Power Automate, Nintex, or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HR platform SaaS administration, including AbsenceSoft and leave/policy management systems.
- 3-5 years of integration/data experience with SQL, API integration, and ETL tools such as Alteryx.
- Proficiency in configuring visual workflows, business process automation, and rules-based logic in low-code or no-code platforms.
- Experience administering SaaS applications, including roles, permissions, environments, and feature settings.
- Background in application support, platform configuration, or internal tools administration.
- Knowledge of HR business processes, particularly around attendance and absence/leave management.

Pay Range: $55 - $60
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
