Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Network and Computer Systems Administrators to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop, maintain, and support .NET-based applications and ensure smooth production operations.
- Design, build, and manage data integration workflows using SSIS and SQL Server.
- Monitor application performance and health using monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk) and resolve incidents.
- Manage batch jobs and scheduling processes using enterprise scheduling tools.
- Perform production support activities including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain system stability.
Minimum Qualifications

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in application development and production support with .NET and SQL Server environments.
|
|
Technical Skills
|
Experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server,REST APIs, SOAP Services, Splunk, Batch Scheduling Tools, DevOps/Git, Cloud Monitoring Tools, Incident Management, Production Support.
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Experience with Application Support, Production Operations, Incident Management, Batch Processing, System Monitoring, Service Reliability, IT Operations Support, Agile Scrum Practices.
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
|
|
Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
|
|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.
|
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SSIS package development and deployment
- Knowledge of batch/job scheduling tools
- Familiarity with CI/CD and version control systems (Git/Azure DevOps)
