Operations Analyst Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Analyst Manager in Moreno Valley, CA.

Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
* Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
* Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights
* Analyze large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Support annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and strategic planning initiatives

Business Intelligence & Reporting:
*- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
* Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and provide actionable recommendations
* Produce business intelligence reports and support audit and compliance-related reporting
* Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders

Strategic Analysis:
* Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making
* Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
* Identify process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and data quality

Team Leadership:
* Lead and develop a team of analysts through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
* Establish reporting standards, documentation, and quality control processes
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
* MBA or advanced degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, operations finance, or a similar analytical role
* Experience supporting both financial and operational functions
* Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing analysts preferred
* Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms
* Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
* Understanding of GAAP financial reporting principles
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling
* SQL experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
