US IT Recruiter – Full Time (Hybrid 3 days onsite in Bridgewater, NJ)

Experience: 8+ Years in US Staffing

Key Responsibilities:

·         End-to-end recruitment for US IT and Non-IT positions

·         Sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, and networking

·         Handling contract and permanent hiring

·         Screening, interviewing, and candidate engagement

·         Managing multiple requirements simultaneously

·         Meeting daily and monthly submission targets

·         Working closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers

Required Skills & Experience:

·         8+ years of experience in US staffing / US IT recruitment

·         Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)

·         Experience working on IT, ERP, and Non-IT roles

·         Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

·         Strong team player with a results-oriented mindset
