Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for an exciting opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role requires hands-on management of one track while overseeing four others, ensuring alignment and on-time execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional efforts, track project plans, and provide leadership updates.

responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and track a detailed project plan with clear dependencies and milestones for one track that involves changes to multiple systems.

Coordinate with stakeholders, facilitate stand-ups, and proactively address risks.

Provide oversight to track managers, ensuring they meet deadlines and project goals.

Consolidate project details into reports and facilitate project governance meetings, ensuring leadership has clear insights into progress, risks, and performance

Continuously optimize project governance processes for efficiency and accountability.

qualifications:

- 5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably managing multi-track initiatives that involves interaction with multiple teams both internal and external.

- Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and execution, using tools like Microsoft ADO, MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.

- Experience with cross-functional coordination across multiple teams and systems.

- Excellent skills in risk management, stakeholder communication, and leadership reporting.

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and ability to apply them as needed.

- Experience managing projects in a technology-driven environment, such as software development, infrastructure, or enterprise systems integration.
