Oracle EPM / Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant || Remote || W2 Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle EPM solutions with a strong focus on planning and financial performance management.
• Work extensively with Oracle Essbase, including multidimensional cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, calculations, business rules, and data structures.
• Support integrations between Oracle Fusion and non-Oracle applications.
• Design, develop, support, and troubleshoot integrations involving planning and procurement data.
• Understand end-to-end data flows from source applications through Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EPM.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support data mapping, transformations, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting across integrated systems.
• Partner with finance, planning, procurement, and technical teams to resolve data and system issues.
• Assist with enhancements, system improvements, testing, and ongoing production support.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
• Strong Oracle Essbase experience.
• Experience working in a techno-functional Oracle role.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and its underlying business/data processes.
• Strong understanding of planning and budgeting processes.
• Experience working with procurement-related data and processes.
• Experience integrating non-Oracle applications with Oracle Fusion.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, data mapping, transformations, and system-to-system data flows.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration and data issues across multiple applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with both technical teams and functional business stakeholders.
