Urgent Requirement: Oracle EPM Consultant (Techno-Functional Analyst Oracle PBCS)
Duration: 12-15 hours a week.

Required Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle PBCS (or EPBCS/Oracle EPM Cloud).
Working knowledge of EPM Cloud architecture, including Data Management/FDMEE, Calc Manager business rules, and Smart View reporting.
Experience with EPM Automate and/or REST APIs for automation of PBCS processes.
Solid understanding of core financial planning and budgeting concepts (P&L, balance sheet, workforce, capital planning).
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configuration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with client stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s) (e.g., Oracle Planning Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist).
Experience with Essbase, Groovy scripting for business rules, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Prior consulting experience in the Government sector.
