Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant with strong ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience to support enterprise procurement transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow procurement modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ServiceNow S2P modules: Procurement, Supplier Management, Contract Management, Accounts Payable
Translate business requirements into technical solutions (workflows, scripts, integrations)
Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with ERP/financial systems (SAP/Oracle, etc.)
Work on Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
Prepare technical documentation (design, integration, data mapping)
Provide recommendations on ServiceNow best practices and upgrades

Required Skills:

12+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow S2P / Procurement implementations
Strong scripting and platform customization skills
Experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs)
Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
Strong communication and client-facing skills

Certifications:

CSA – Required
CAD – Preferred
CIS-S2P – Highly Preferred
ServiceNow Procurement (SPO) Accreditation – Preferred
