Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Support Cloud Services as a Product Operations Lead, partnering with the Principal Product Manager.
Translate cloud product roadmap into actionable plans for product owners and delivery teams.
Coordinate execution across teams supporting Azure, Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), AI/ML platforms, HPC, and shared cloud services.
Ensure work is planned, tracked, and delivered consistently across multiple teams.
Support Agile teams in story creation, sprint execution, and delivery tracking.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, operations, security, and finance teams.
Provide clear updates, reports, and presentation materials for leadership.
Align cross-functional teams to ensure priorities and deliverables are clearly understood.
Maintain operational discipline and structure across cloud initiatives.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of cloud programs.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Experience in product operations, delivery management, or execution management.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery models.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
Ability to translate strategic roadmaps into executable tasks.

Education And Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
Relevant experience working in enterprise IT or cloud environments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with AI/ML platforms or high-performance computing (HPC).
Exposure to large-scale enterprise cloud transformations.
Strong stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration experience.
