Design and implement solutions using SharePoint, MS Dynamics, C#, .NET, MVC, PL/SQL, and various programming tools.
Execute the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
Write code using Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher utilizing MVC Architecture, .NET, JavaScript, Angular, Ajax, HTML, XML, and WCF.
Prepare scripts to create and modify Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, and views, as well as code stored procedures/packages and handle data migration.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
Mentor and assist other state and consultant programmers, providing technical guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, security, deployments, and architecture configurations.
Manage source code checking in, checking out, and version branching using the GitLab repository.
Work within the IT Service Management (ITSM) system to log incidents, process service requests, and coordinate releases with the ITS Chief Operating Office.
Diagnose production issues from ITSM, escalate critical calls, and join bridge calls to assist in resolution.
Complete all mandatory NYS/GOER and Agency training programs, including Internal Controls, Prevention of Workplace Violence, Sexual Harassment Prevention, and Information Security.
Execute a mandatory, written knowledge transfer plan managed in collaboration with the state team lead to transition information to state employees.
