Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, data, security, and enterprise application design.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture and solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Lead technical architecture and provide guidance to Salesforce development teams.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions, architecture designs, and implementation strategies.
  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
  • Provide technical guidance on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Establish Salesforce development, deployment, and DevOps best practices.
  • Review technical designs and code to ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for platform optimization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, enterprise architects, and other technical teams.
  • Support Salesforce release planning, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issues.
  • Ensure solutions follow Salesforce governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to Salesforce developers and engineers.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect / Technical Architect.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and Salesforce architecture.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud and enterprise implementations.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and deployment tools.
  • Knowledge of scalability, performance optimization, and governance.
  • Strong communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
