Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Process Analyst to support process optimization, data analytics, and global trade operations. This role requires a strong blend of SAP functional knowledge, process mapping expertise, and data visualization skills to drive operational efficiency and business insights.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize business processes within SAP environments to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop detailed process maps and workflows using tools such as Miro or similar platforms.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support global trade operations and ensure process alignment.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process improvements.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation within existing workflows.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP systems (functional/process side).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Proven expertise in process mapping and workflow design (Miro or equivalent tools).
  • Solid understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global trade or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules related to logistics, supply chain, or trade compliance.
  • Exposure to data-driven decision-making environments.
