Senior Salesforce Developer  
Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) 
 Role Overview 
The Senior Salesforce Developer will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and usercentric Salesforce solutions for the Back@Home initiative. This role combines technical leadership, handson development, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver enterprisegrade applications and integrations.
 Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure stability and alignment with business goals.

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom components (Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, flows).

Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce automation tools.

Build and support integrations with external systems via APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

Manage environments, deployments, user roles, permissions, and large data loads.

Diagnose system issues, perform rootcause analysis, and optimize performance.

Collaborate with product owners, QA teams, technical leads, and project managers to deliver enhancements and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive handson experience with Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, APIs).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, workflows, and automation.

Proven experience developing enterprisegrade integrations.

Ability to design, document, and deliver complex technical solutions.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Experience supporting large, statewide, or enterprise systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder.
