Job Summary
Client is looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer/Expert to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and user-centric Salesforce and integration solutions.

Provide day-to-day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications to ensure availability, stability, and alignment with business goals.
Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, Flows, and integrations.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or other methods to ensure seamless data flow.
Manage environments, deployments, user roles, permissions, security policies, and large data loads.
Diagnose system issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and continuously optimize performance.
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, technical leads, and project managers to deliver enhancements and support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development, including Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, and APIs.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, workflows, and automation.
Experience developing enterprise-grade integrations.
Ability to design, document, and deliver complex technical solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience supporting large-scale, statewide, or enterprise systems.

Required Certifications

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect
Salesforce Certified Integration Architect
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Copado Certification
MuleSoft Level I and Level II Certifications

Required Experience

Requirements analysis and business process design – 7 years
Architecting and developing complex Salesforce solutions – 7 years
Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Administration, advanced architecture, and unit testing – 7 years
Salesforce configuration and development – 7 years
Guiding development teams on Salesforce platform technology – 7 years
Object-oriented design using Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, or Ruby – 7 years
Data migration and ETL tools – 7 years
Mobile solutions and on-platform architecture – 7 years
Salesforce Shield and Lightning – 7 years
Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines – 5 years
Accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance – 5 years
GitHub/Bitbucket version control – 5 years
Agile methodologies – 5 years

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience supporting public-sector or healthcare-related systems.
