Senior Salesforce Developer

• Provide day-to-day administration, configuration, and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications to ensure availability, stability, and alignment with business goals.
• Design, develop, test, and implement custom Salesforce components including Apex classes, triggers, Visual force pages, Lightning components, flows, and integrations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions using Salesforce tools (flows, process builder, approvals).
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or other methods to ensure seamless data flow.
• Manage environments, deployments, user roles, permissions, security policies, and large data loads.
• Diagnose system issues, perform root-cause analysis, implement fixes, and continuously optimize performance.
• Work closely with business, product owners, QA teams, technical leads, and project managers to deliver enhancements and support strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and Development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, APIs).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, workflows, and automation.
• Experience developing enterprise-grade integrations.
• Ability to design, document, and deliver complex technical solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting large, statewide or enterprise systems.
• Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect certification.
• Salesforce Integration Architect certification.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification.
• MuleSoft I and II certifications.
• 7+ years of experience with requirements analysis and business process design.
• 7+ years of experience in architecting and developing complex solutions in Salesforce platform.
• 7+ years of extensive experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Admin and advanced architectural patterns, unit testing and best test practices.
• 7+ years of strong understanding and experience with all configuration aspects of Salesforce including development.
• 7+ years of experience in guiding development team on appropriate use of platform technology.
• 7+ years of experience with object-oriented design patterns and languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby.
• 7+ years of experience in data migration strategies and common extract, transform, load (ETL) tools.
• 7+ years of experience in general mobile solutions and architecture and understanding of on-platform mobile solutions and considerations.
• 7+ years of experience using Shield and Lightning.
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years of experience in accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
• 5+ years of experience with GITHUB/BitBucket version control solutions.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile Methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Administrator).
• Experience supporting public-sector or healthcare-related systems.
