Summary

Position Title: DOAS Senior BA Workday Benefits Integration Support

Contract Duration: 10 months (extendable)

Location: Atalanta GA (Hybrid Role)

Employment Type: W2

  • We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to troubleshoot and stabilize Workday integrations with benefits and retirement providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot Workday, benefits, payroll, and retirement integrations.
  • Trace transactions and identify root causes across systems.
  • Analyze data, files, logs, mappings, and reports.
  • Work with business, Workday, technical, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
  • Document findings, solutions, and end-to-end data flows.

Required:

  • Senior BA experience with HCM/ERP, integrations, or production support.
  • Strong data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Workday HCM/Benefits/Payroll/Integrations
  • Benefits or retirement integration experience.
  • Knowledge of APIs, XML/JSON, middleware, or flat files.
