Manhattan SCALE WMS Configurator

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a hands-on Manhattan SCALE WMS Configuration Analyst / Administrator to support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and functional support of its Warehouse Management System. This role will work closely with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and IT to maintain and enhance the Manhattan SCALE environment while supporting warehouse operations across a 3PL distribution network.

This is a functional WMS role, not a software development or technical architecture position.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer the Manhattan SCALE WMS environment.
• Perform master file maintenance, customer setup, and warehouse configuration.
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations by troubleshooting functional WMS issues.
• Assist with testing, UAT, system enhancements, and production support.
• Support WMS integrations with ERP and other warehouse systems.
• Partner closely with warehouse operations, business users, and IT to identify and resolve system issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and support process improvements.
• Utilize SQL and reporting tools to support operational reporting and data validation.

Required Qualifications

• 3 6 years of hands-on Manhattan SCALE experience (PKMS or other Manhattan WMS experience also considered).
• Experience configuring and administering Manhattan WMS.
• Experience with:
  • Master file maintenance
  • Customer setup
  • Warehouse configuration
  • System administration
  • Functional support
  • Testing/UAT
  • Integration support
• Basic SQL and reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL operations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with warehouse users, operations leadership, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Manhattan PKMS or other Manhattan WMS platforms.
• ERP/WMS integration support.
• Experience supporting high-volume distribution or 3PL warehouse environments.
• Experience training users and supporting warehouse operations.
