Technical Recruiter (Ready to work on Commissions Only)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Edison, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to support a newly acquired top client account with hiring needs across the United States and Canada. You will recruit for both contract and permanent (direct hire) positions across a variety of technical and IT domains.

This is a 100% commission-based role, ideal for recruiters who are self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and eager to maximize their earning potential through successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified technical professionals for contract and permanent positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and placement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT and engineering talent across the U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with account managers and hiring teams to understand client hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the CRM.

Requirements

• Previous recruiting experience, preferably in IT or technical staffing.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple openings, and meet placement goals.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to earn through performance.
