Description Own the vision and execution of enterprise inventory management software used in complex, real-world supply chain environments. This role blends strategic product leadership with hands-on collaboration across engineering, marketing, and executive stakeholders to deliver impactful, market-ready SaaS solutions. responsible for guiding an assigned platform product across its full lifecycle-from product definition and roadmap creation through development, release, and market introduction. This role works closely with engineering, leadership, sales, marketing, and customers to translate business needs and market opportunities into actionable product requirements.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience with enterprise SaaS products in the inventory or supply chain domain and is comfortable balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business strategy in an Agile environment. Develop deep product, customer, and industry knowledge to inform product decisions
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through release
- Define product vision, roadmaps, workflows, and success metrics
- Gather and synthesize requirements from executives, sales, marketing, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Translate product vision into clear Agile backlogs, user stories, and usage scenarios
- Partner with engineering teams through backlog management, iteration planning, and prioritization
- Collaborate with QA to validate functional specifications and ensure release quality
- Benchmark product functionality against competitors and market expectations
- Define, track, and report key performance indicators to measure product success
- Support product positioning and messaging to clearly differentiate solutions in the marketplace
- Create standard product documentation including market requirements, product requirements, and business cases.
Requirements - 3+ years in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Analyst role
- 7+ years of experience in the supply chain or logistics software industry
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a technically related discipline
- Strong experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and workflows
- Hands-on experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
- Proven ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and usage scenarios
- Demonstrated understanding of SaaS platforms and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience collaborating across engineering, marketing, and executive stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM or product-related tools (e.g., Salesforce)
