Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday HR Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support HR systems, business processes, and system enhancements in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field
Relevant certifications preferred (Workday Pro, PMP/Agile, SHRM-SCP, HRCI)

Experience

5 8 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, and Financials
Experience with ADP is a plus
Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, data governance, and regulated environments
Experience supporting Workday implementations, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
Ability to define business processes, translate business requirements, and support testing and documentation
Proven ability to manage complex initiatives independently and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
