A bit about us:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building construction projects from preconstruction and estimating through completion. This role manages project teams, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and client relationships to ensure safe execution, quality workmanship, and strong financial performance.

Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, staffing, subcontractors, and field execution.
- Prepare estimates, evaluate construction methods, and support project buyout.
- Oversee budgets, cost forecasts, contracts, change orders, and invoicing.
- Lead Superintendents and Project Engineers while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensure safe operations, quality workmanship, and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of construction project management, estimating, and supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, estimating software, and cost control.
- Previous experience directing craft labor as a Foreman or Superintendent.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
