Job DetailsKey Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, staffing, procurement, subcontractor buyout, and field coordination.
- Develop and maintain project schedules alongside Superintendents and scheduling support.
- Manage budgets, cost forecasts, margin reviews, change orders, invoicing, and payment requests.
- Oversee contract requirements, scope changes, claims, and dispute resolution.
- Lead and mentor Superintendents and Project Engineers.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor quality and safety performance, including monthly project safety inspections.
- Support project participation requirements and direct timely project closeout.
Qualifications
- Bridge construction experience required.
- At least five years of construction supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
- Previous experience directing craft labor as a Foreman or Superintendent.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Viewpoint Vista, HCSS, Primavera P6, and CAD.
- Public-sector infrastructure or natural resources project experience preferred.
