Overview:
Location: Remote
Salary: $105,000 - $125,000

We are seeking a Qilk Developer who will support our client with a migration from Tableau to Qlik. This role will be expected to design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualization applications (Qlik Sense/QlikView) to transform complex data into actionable insights. Responsible for backend ETL processes (scripting, data modeling, QVD creation), frontend dashboard design, and optimizing performance. 

Duties:

• Application Development: Design and build user-friendly Qlik Sense or QlikView dashboards, KPIs, and reports based on business requirements.
• Data Modeling & ETL: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources; create, maintain, and optimize complex scripts and data models.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance for faster loading and better user experience.
• Security & Administration: Implement security rules, access controls, and manage application security.
• Support & Documentation: Troubleshoot technical issues, provide maintenance, and document technical designs, data flows, and user manuals.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• Qlik certification (required)
• 5+ years of experience in BI development, specifically with Qlik Sense or QlikView.
  • Expertise in set analysis, expressions, and visualization techniques.
  • Experience with Qlik Cloud or server administration.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases (RDBMS), data modeling, and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
