Intune Engineer

Location: Hybrid - Oshkosh, WI (1-3 days/week onsite preferred)
Duration: Approved for a 3 month contract, actively working on approval for a 15-month contract (approved through June with strong likelihood of extension)

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced contract Intune Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise integration initiative. This role will play a critical part in designing, configuring, and scaling a single, secure Microsoft Intune environment for a global organization of approximately 77,000 users.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape a global Intune environment from the ground up in collaboration with Microsoft and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect a centralized Intune environment with guidance from Microsoft
• Perform hands-on configuration and implementation of Intune policies
• Enroll and manage a wide range of devices, including:
  • Workstations
  • RF devices
  • Thermal devices
  • Mobile devices
• Partner with security teams to enforce policies such as Conditional Access and compliance standards
• Manage application deployment, app protection policies, and updates
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize the Intune environment
• Assist with knowledge transfer and training of internal teams

Required Skills

• Microsoft Intune administration and engineering
• Enterprise device management
• SCCM (ConfigMgr) experience
• Microsoft Endpoint Manager
• Strong troubleshooting and support skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft or Microsoft consulting partners on architecture/design
• Ability and willingness to mentor or train internal teams
• Experience supporting large, global enterprise environments

Experience Level

• Intermediate level (with the ability to operate independently in a complex environment)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
