Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) implementations.
Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance modules.
Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency in configuration, WIM interface development, and SQL.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate client workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Certification: UKG Pro WFM Certification is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dell Boomi.
Experience within the healthcare, manufacturing, or retail industries.
Knowledge of Kronos WFC (Workforce Central).
